First draft of an Esper control list that uses Resurgent Belief to return Shrines from the graveyard to the battlefield. Use Go-Shintai of Lost Wisdom to fill the graveyard.

With the new shrines from Neon Dynasty I think there is enough shrines (that all play well in the control shell) to work on a 3 color landbase. Because of the enchantment reanimator theme the deck works really well with powerful cards like Omen of the Sea and Seal Away.

A non-budget version of this would run Glimpse the Unthinkable and probably Yorion, Sky Nomad as a companion. I really do think this deck has potential; any ideas and thoughts are welcome!
