I'm Broke so can't really afford to pay for many super powerful cards, everything on the list I got mostly from boosters and did spend a few bucks on some cheaper rares and mythics. This is basically my attempt at an Esper reanimator deck on a budget still some decently powerful creatures for a few less bucks than a lot of the recommended lists i've seen. Throw all the good stuff in the yard and play them for less by using return from grave to battlefield effects. Simple premise, works generally quite well. Raffine is solid commander for this nonsense. Please feel free to add suggestions for better alternatives bear in mind my limited funding :)

It's super satisfying when you Doomskar or Depopulate a full board state of opponents creatures with Panharmonicon Out, then reanimate Sepulchral Primordial from the graveyard and end up getting 2 of each opponents creatures on your side cuz of double ETB triggers :D everyone else left with nothing and you can have like 7+ beasties
