This is part of my experiment to make a budget tribal deck for every creature type that has enough cards to warrant a deck. This one is built around shades, the spooky creatures made of shadow and... black mana probably. Nerarly every single shade has the ability known as the "shade ability". This allows you to pay mana to make the creature bigger for the turn, often one black mana for +1/+1 until end of turn. This deck works to leverage this as best possible by playing a whole bunch of black ramp stuff to generate as much mana as possible. In theory, you should be able to play a few shades, swing them at someone, and profit while your opponent has no good options for blocking.

I do want the deck to be as flavorfully on point as possible, so recommendations that are somehow tied to darkness, shades, shadow, etc. would be much appreciated. Budget-friendly cards are also awesome. Thanks!
