Ephara wants a creature drop every turn for card advantage, so we favor effects from creatures over similar non-creature effects, even if the latter would be less vulnerable (i.e. Fiend Hunter over Oblivion Ring). Expect to lose some creatures, but know that there’s always another ready to drop; it’s a highly interactive deck which is part of the fun. Even after board-wipe, Ephara will generally still be around to start benefiting from new creatures landing next turn. She’s also a solid beater or blocker once we get enough devotion midgame. I really enjoy playing this deck, hope you do too - let me know in the comments!
