So, I've built Ephara in a more token-centric deck before, but I took it apart. This build focuses less on tokens and more on upkeeps. I used to have a 60 card deck I called Infinite Rhinos. It allowed me to have up to nine upkeeps and focused on cards that triggered on that phase. The most I can get in EDH is six, and that's jumping through hoops and not doing corner-case Mycosynth Lattice trickery. However, I have easily gotten three to four upkeeps each time I played this deck.

There are currently 26 cards in the deck that trigger off of upkeeps. With the card draw, life gain and life gain based on cards in hand, things can easily get out of control.

Azorius is probably my least favorite two color combination, but this deck is so much fun. There's no counter spells, a smattering of control, and the card draw and advantage gets to be ridiculous. You'll have plenty of cards in your grip and not even enough chances to play them.

Win cons include obvious choices for Ephara like Psychosis Crawler and Aetherling, but with UW tokens, Polymorphous Rush and Mirrorweave have won me games when you go to attack with your 1/1 bird tokens, they can't block and then they all become huge Pride of the Clouds. There's also the trick of multiple upkeeps and Mirror-Sigil Sergeant. Exponentially building an army of 4/4 tramplers is kind of funny, hence "infinite" Rhinos. Add in Followed Footsteps and math becomes stupid.

So, live the dream, have six upkeeps, laugh at the sheer absurdity of it all.
