The Commander is actually a custom card called Enor, Hedonist Lawmage. The card Rod of Ruin is also a proxy to represent the card "Franka Dobrec, Ace Reporter".

Meant to represent Ian Horner's character from Bylaw and Order, Enor's Film Festival is meant to reflect the eclectic taste and hedonistic tendencies of the vedalken lawmage. Enor's path to victory is a strange one, mostly trying to bury your opponents in card advantage and controlling elements.
