Kestia, the Cultivator offers a unique take on the enchantress deck. She rewards you for attacking with enchantment creatures or enchanted creatures by letting you draw a card. So as long as you stay aggressive, the deck will keep working, making her a weird sort of aggro-enchantress commander.

For how unique she is, and the fact that she has card draw stapled onto her, I'm surprised she's so cheap. In fact, all the Bant enchantments commanders from C18 are cheap, allowing for a powerful budget build. I might simplify the lands as well to save on price, since many of the ramp enchantments also are color fixing, but for now I'm happy with it.
