My take on WotC's Adaptive Enchantment Commander 2018 deck. The deck starts out in defensive mode, using enchantments like Propaganda, Dueling Grounds, Soul Snare or War Tax to limit or discourage attacks. It uses that time to ramp up, mainly by enchanting lands with spells like Fertile Ground or Weirding Wood. Once Estrid, the Masked comes out, her ability of course makes all those enchanted lands even more effective.

The deck also uses this time to get out cards like Mesa Enchantress or Tuvasa the Sunlit that let you draw cards as a side effect of playing enchantments. These setup a steady cycle of drawing and playing lots of enchantments (along with Rhystic Study, which lets you draw lots of cards without even playing enchantments).

The deck usually turtles for most of the game, using the extra mana and cards, along with cards like Oblivion Ring, Quarantine Field, Ixalan's Binding, etc., to survive until it's 1v1 (with Ixalan's Binding being particularly fun for disabling other commanders). At the end it has a few ways to win.

One is to cast Overwhelming Splendor; that's virtually a win on its own, and with all the ramp the deck can usually afford to cast it. Another is to use Protective Bubble, Unquestioned Authority, Archetype of Imagination, etc. to kill with unblockable creatures. If you get Hydra Omnivore you can even win before it's 1v1. Also, the deck can make a bunch of flying or trampling tokens using Sigil of the Empty Throne or Spawning Grounds.

The deck doesn't have any counterspells, but I've tried to instead rely on protective cards like Curator's Ward or Protective Bubble, or recovery cards like Crystal Chimes. Plus of course Estrid, the Masked's second ability can help protect cards when you're not using her for mana.

Looking For Advice On ...

Any suggestions really. The deck overall is very effective in my group, but I'd love to learn about new cards that I'm not aware of that could improve it.
