Designed to be an entry(ish) level mono blue artifact deck. The core theme here is shenanigans. Discounting, Duplicate Copy through mid game then transition into doubling and indestructible late. Purposefully excluded Laboratory Maniac due to lack of fun in my POD. Also isochron scepter and transmogrifying wand for luls.
