Vi, the Troublemaker combo edh. Someone please make a vi alter sleeve for Jaxis I would spend so much money.

Something to note: I built this to play small local commander tournaments with people who hate stax and easy win combos. I therefore do not play any stax like Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon etc, and the snoop combo has not been included because of how easy it is to assemble. All the other combos rely on topdecks, risking a Gamble, or multiple tutors over several turns. I flagged this as needing help because it does not ramp fast enough, the card selection is finicky, and I need more powerful mono-red creatures to copy with Jaxis while waiting to combo.

Casual value creatures:

draw: this deck relies heavily on card advantage with exile and loot cards. Avaricious Dragon, Cavalier of Flame, Ox of Agonas, Professional Face-Breaker, Prophetic Flamespeaker, Seasoned Pyromancer, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Robber of the Rich, Unlucky Witness help a lot
ramp: this deck functions on a win-every-other-turn basis. It wants to ramp hard one turn, and spend it all the next to try to win, and then repeat if it fails. Captain Lannery Storm, Dockside Extortionist, Leyline Tyrant, Plundering Barbarian, Priest of Urabrask, Professional Face-Breaker, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Reckless Barbarian are good for this. Goldhound and Skirk Prospector can also ramp out jaxis a turn early, or combo with jaxis and thornbite staff.
combat/responses: if you don't win early, the casual cards become relevant. Firbolg Flutist can take away a blocker or guarantee a combat damage win. Hellkite Tyrant can ramp hard or alternatively just cause whoever you attack to lose because all their relevant cards are gone. Inferno Titan and Markov Enforcer can turn into a soft creature lock with Jaxis - with titan you get 9 damage a turn, 3 from etb and 6 from two attacks; with enforcer, when the copy enters the original enforcer also triggers, which means you get to kill two creatures a turn with toughness 6 or less. Terror of the Peaks is similar to enforcer, except it does less damage but can also replace Impact Tremors as a wincon. Mirage Phalanx turns most of these into soft wincons - use phalanx to bond to flutist, titan, or enforcer, copy phalanx with Jaxis and bond the copy with that card again. On combat, you get four copies of the bonded creature with four etb triggers.
value: Nautiloid Ship functions as graveyard hate with an upside. Solemn Simulacrum lets you take dead draws out of your deck and draw two cards a turn with Jaxis. Tyrant of Discord is just ridiculous with Jaxis if you resolve it, and with Mirage Phalanx it wins the game. Wurmcoil Engine keeps your life high gives you chump blockers.
I really wanted to include Matter Reshaper and Thought-Knot Seer, but the colorless mana symbol was too difficult to pay for consistently without changing the mana base. So sad.

Thornbite combos:

Jaxis, the Troublemaker/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Thornbite Staff + Skirk Prospector/Goldhound = sculpt hand
Jaxis, the Troublemaker + Thornbite Staff + Phyrexian Altar + any creature = sculpt hand
Jaxis, the Troublemaker/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Thornbite Staff + Atsushi, the Blazing Sky/Reckless Barbarian = sculpt hand + one billion mana.
Jaxis, the Troublemaker/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Thornbite Staff + Priest of Urabrask + Skullclamp = less than one billion mana but still enough to win + draw deck.
Addition of discarding Kozilek, Butcher of Truth means you will never draw to death, and can reiterate sculpting your hand until you have a path to win
Addition of Bag of Holding with a one billion mana combo means you can discard your entire deck into exile, then put your entire deck into your hand by sacrificing the bag, then cast your entire deck

Dualcaster combo:

Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame/Heat Shimmer + one creature in play = one billion hasty mages
note: since this is half casual, don't keep flame/shimmer in hand just on the off chance you draw dualcaster. Use them for value, since that's more fun that sweating out a turn four win or whatever.

Kiki combo:

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = one billion hasty conscripts
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Combat Celebrant = one billion combat steps with an increasing number of 4/1s swinging each time

Cloudstone combo:

Jaxis, the Troublemaker + Atsushi, the Blazing Sky + Cloudstone Curio = sculpt hand
Jaxis, the Troublemaker + Dockside Extortionist for at least three treasures + phyrexian altar + Cloudstone Curio = one billion mana + sculpt hand

Winning from a sculpted hand:

do a kiki combat/conscript combo for three or four billion combat damage
play Impact Tremors/Terror of the Peaks and continue sculpting for one billion tremors

The snoop combo, if you want to add it in:

setup: play Imperial Recruiter to find Conspicuous Snoop. Play Jaxis, the Troublemaker for blitz cost, copy Imperial Recruiter to find Goblin Recruiter. Cast Goblin Recruiter, stack the top do your library Torch Courier then Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker then Mogg Fanatic. Cast Torch Courier from the top and give snoop haste.
As long as snoop doesn’t have summoning sickness this turn, and the top of your deck is Kiki then fanatic, and goblin recruiter is on the battlefield, it doesn’t matter how you got there.
tap Conspicuous Snoop using Kiki’s ability, targeting itself. Use the hasty copy of itself to tap and make another copy. Repeat a billion times. With the last copy of snoop, tap and make a copy of Goblin Recruiter. With the recruiter trigger, put mogg fanatic on top of your library. Using fanatic’s ability through snoop, sacrifice your one billion snoops to snoop the table.
