While not the strongest token based commander, Emmara offers a good build around me ability with some cool combos.

How to win using combos

There are a few lines that will allow you to overcome all of your opponents; do not feel you need to go infiate to win. You can just go wide and out value them.

Being able to tap and untap your commander infinte times will allow you to build an almost unstoppable army; of course you can build your army over time and just win using a buff.

How to get your commander to tap

Cryptolith rite + thousand year elixir or Earthcraft+a basic land - These allow you to tap to generate mana and tokens with your commander

How to get infinate mana

Priest of titania + 3 other elves on the battlefeild or Elvish Archdruid and 3 elves you control on the battlefeild + sword of the paruns or umbral mantle allows for infinate mana and untaps (assuming you have a way to tap your commander)

How to win without combos

You can more than likely out value your opponent even if you cannot go infinate by creating loads of tokens
