This deck plays as if a car engine replaced Doctor Strange as Sorcerer Supreme.

Primer

To begin, we need to set up our engine. We'll need the following in play:

• Our general, Elsha of the Infinite...
• a cost reducer: Etherium Sculptor, Helm of Awakening, Foundry Inspector, Herald of Kozilek, Jhoira's Familiar (or Cloud Key, or...)...
• and finally, the key to get the engine rolling: Sensei's Divining Top

Once the engine is running, we just need to find a way to win the game. This should be pretty easy as we can set up to draw our entire library, cast infinite spells, and get infinite artifact ETB triggers.

Winning Lines:

• Aetherflux Reservoir can deal enough damage to wipe out our opponents.
• Jace, Wielder of Mysteries if we want to win through drawing our deck. You can even play him off the top of our deck at instant speed.

Un-used Lines:

• Grapeshot can also deal enough damage to wipe out our opponents. Definitely has potential.
• Altar of the Brood triggers off playing Top, so that's neat. However, this card is mostly a dead card the rest of the time that draws attention to us.
• Chandra's Ignition targeting our prowessed Elsha can do it, and can serve as a board wipe when not winning the game. Sadly, it's a nonbo with Penance.
• Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle are alternatives to JWoM. Unfortunately, they can't be played off the top at instant speed, unlike Jace (who also offers utility while in play before winning).

Tips:

• If there are artifacts we can play off the top at instant speed as the engine is running, we probably want to play them.
• Penance allows us to put our hand back into our library and draw it all again (by targeting Elsha of the Infinite! The value! We can truly draw infinitely.

Biggest Threats

Haters gonna hate. The biggest hurtles for us to work through:

• Artifact hate: Collector Ouphe, Null Rod, Stony Silence
• Draw hate: Notion Thief, Narset, Parter of Veils, Spirit of the Labyrinth
• Play hate: Drannith Magistrate
• Rule of Law Effects: Arcane Laboratory, Deafening Silence, Eidolon of Rhetoric
