A ~$50 budget (at time of building) competitive combo build

There are a couple of ways to get infinite colorless mana, such as Zirda + Basalt Monolith, or Myr Welder with a Staff of Domination and Palladium Myr or Basalt Monolith imprinted on it, and there are payoffs for infinite colorless like Valakut Invoker or Cogwork Assembler, and there are even ways to filter it to colored mana, with something like Voltaic Construct untapping Ornithopter of Paradise, or through Gemstone Array, or just making infinite colored mana outright with Grand Architect + Pili-Pala . Scrapyard Recombiner is in here as a budget tutor to find Salvager of Ruin or Voltaic Construct, whichever I need at the time, depending on the combo pieces I have available.
