Big Update! —May 8, 2017

This isn't so much an update as it is a partial re-configuring of the deck itself. In total, I have removed: Eldrazi Displacer, Loyal Sentry, Godsend (although you are totally welcome to put it back in the place of something else), Brave the Elements, Path to Exile (again, another substitute), Warped Landscape, a generic Plains and Phyrexian Unlife.
In turn, I have added: Authority of the Consuls, Intrepid Hero, Ice Floe, Metallic Mimic, Heart of Kiran (Optional), Worship, Hope of Ghirapur (optional) and Indomitable Archangel. The main three powerhouses here are Intrepid Hero, Ice Floe and Authority of the Consuls. Intrepid Hero can be surprisingly hard to kill, and is also obnoxious because he can tap to destroy some powerful threats that your opponents have amassed. Ice Floe is a modified Maze of Ith: It can only target non-flying creatures, but can keep them tapped for as long as you want, rendering them unable to attack or block for as long as you wish. This is especially useful against commanders like Silas Renn, Seeker Adept who must attack in order for their abilities to trigger. Though both aforementioned cards are good within the deck, they cannot relate to the sheer obnoxiousness of Authority of the Consuls. It is a one-drop that makes all of your opponents' creatures enter tapped, and also allows you to gain life! This completely destroys token decks, and can sustain your life easily throughout the game when in a match with many people (this deck is mainly used for multiplayer). And that's it. The other cards added are just for support and/ or because they work well with the format. I will continue to work on this deck in the future to try and improve it more. Of course, if you liked this deck, be sure to hit the upvote button. Thank you for your suggestions and happy playing!

Hey if this is mono white control that is non-budget, you should definitely run Moat and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale

Also Hex Parasite has a color identity of black. If you don't believe me, then ask any Marchesa, the Black Rose player why they don't run Birthing Pod

Okay, thanks for the info. I like your suggestions of Moat and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, but I would rather not include them in this deck. They are great control cards, but even though this deck isn't budget, I would like to keep the price reasonable. After all, I am trying to build this deck as well and I am not willing to spend a few thousand dollars on it.
