Introduction

Hello ladies and gents and welcome to Eldrazi On Steroids, White/Blue Edition. Quite possibly the oddest deck in existence and far from complete. This deck has a main purpose of ramp and getting big eldrazi's and other big stuff out as soon as possible, with several other ways of winning and playing the deck. Check out the decklist and what's written below for an idea of what I am trying to do.

About The Deck

Commander

Our commander is the lovely Daxos of Meletis . His purpose is simple: Take advantage of our ramp and his near-unblockable state to gain free cards from our opponent. If timed right and used constantly, this can very well change the tide of the game in an instant. Next card was a removal card? Get rid of his scary enchantment instead! Big creature? Take it and swing all day!

The Secret Of The Steroids

As I said above, the purpose of this deck is mainly to get Eldrazi's out quickly. The main cards we are using for this idea are Planar Bridge and Quicksilver Amulet, 2 nice artifacts that will get big cost finishers out to the field.

Steroid Retrieval, Getting Our Key Cards Out Quick

To get these artifacts out quickly I have added a few artifact search cards to the mix: Fabricate, Enlightened Tutor, Treasure Mage, Ring of Three Wishes , Reshape, Transmute Artifact and Whir of Invention. These cards will all serve the purpose of bringing out Planar Bridge , or Quicksilver Amulet if by chance most or all of the big creatures are in your hand.

Ramp Is Love, Ramp Is Life

To keep Planar Bridge and the Amulet going, we added some ramp: Land Tax, Everflowing Chalice, Journeyer's Kite, Sword of the Animist, and several others make for excellent quick land drops.

How To Win Faster Than Usain Bolt_TM_

For the hilarious half of the deck, we added Azor's Elocutors , Darksteel Reactor and Mechanized Production. Sure these cards are already "win easy" by themselves but wait! It gets better!! Cards like Deepglow Skate and Strionic Resonator ensure these cards reach their target amounts many times faster than usual for very quick wins.

For When Your Creatures Just Aren't Scary Enough

Back to the creatures (and our commander), it would be kind of boring to just have them as they are on the field swinging with no help! So, we added quite a few ways to reshape them into a force that will make your enemy go pale: Archetype of Imagination , Thassa, God of the Sea, Aqueous Form , Steel of the Godhead, True Conviction, Akroma's Memorial, Inquisitor's Flail, Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Prowler's Helm, Whispersilk Cloak, and Rite of Replication. All of these are many ways to get some big stuff through. The possibilities are endless!
