Here is my budget list of my version for Yasova Dragonclaw

I tried to keep it as budget as possible, esp. at the mana base cause thats always the easiest part to fall into too expensive cards. Thanks to the ability from Yasova, most cards that fit into that are very cheap :)

Strategy is quite simple and explained easily: Good Ramp into getting out your stuff fast and getting stuff from opponents even faster. Either you keep the stolen cards (Bazaar Trader or Conjurer's Closet for example) or you put them into your sacoutlets so you can keep your own and get rid of enemy cards (Birthing Pod or Proteus Staff for example) --> Value Engine is HOT !!!!

To finish your plan you either get rid of everything your opponents have round per round or you give your mass stealing a try (Mob Rule or Insurrection for example).
