Just playing around with some ideas for an EDH Pauper decklist with partner commanders. EDH Pauper allows for uncommon cards to head the deck as the commanders. Both Chakram Slinger and Chakram Retriever are uncommon with the partner keyword. I'm not 100% on the rulings for how the partner keyword interacts with commanders, however, you can just have Chakram Retriever as the commander to combo with other cards in the deck like Blisterspit Gremlin and Thermo-Alchemist. Or even drop the two commanders for a Thermo-Alchemist as the commander. This would (hopefully) allow you to play the deck in an environment where you must meet the EDH Pauper guidelines. However, I mainly play with friends who deck build a lot. So, the rules are sometimes stretched just a little.

Gameplan/Combo

The main idea of this deck is to ramp initially. We want some of the Izzet artifacts like Izzet Signet, Izzet Locket, and Izzet Cluestone to get the most value out of Dramatic Reversal if we get to use it. Dramatic reversal will not only let us untap Chakram Slinger from the Chakram Retriever's ability trigger, but it will also let us untap it again due to it's effect. That's 6 commander damage for only 2 mana if we have both commanders on the field. And you will have most likely already dealt some ticks of commander damage prior to this turn.

We also have Freed from the Real to allow us to use all this extra mana to untap Chakram Slinger again and again.

Blisterspit Gremlin and Thermo-Alchemist are essentially our two commanders but in a single card and much cheaper. They only deal one damage on the active ability however. Thermo may be an effective swapout for the partner commanders that lead this deck now if you could give him deathtouch in the Izzet colors. But the essential idea is to blast your opponent in the face and rack up that commander damage with Chakram Slinger. At 8 activations needed of her ability though, this deck is a bit slow. But that's okay. It is spell heavy to help counter some of the larger creatures or scary spells you might face. These counterspells will also let you untap the commander even more frequently too!
