The goal of the deck is to fill up your graveyard with Dredge and other mill effects so you can recur multiple cards with Muldrotha and gain card advantage over opponents. You can gradually remove their creatures by recurring a creature like Fleshbag Marauder each turn. There are also several board wipes like Pernicious Deed , Oblivion Stone and Night Incarnate , which you can get back again with Muldrotha.

Combos

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Protean Hulk + Walking Ballista

One way to reach this combo is to use the effect of Protean Hulk to search for Phyrexian Delver and either Carrion Feeder or Viscera Seer . Then use Phyrexian Delver to get back Protean Hulk (assuming you have sufficient life), then sacrifice Protean Hulk to Carrion Feeder or Viscera Seer and search for Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Walking Ballista . Then you'll have a sac outlet to get rid of Walking Ballista (it won't die on its own because Mikaeus, the Unhallowed will boost its toughness, in addition to giving it undying).
