Padeem, Consul of Innovation says "Impress me." and that is the goal of this deck. Abusing Padeem's hexproof for artifacts ability you bring out the biggest and worst to play against artifacts and ask your opponent's how they will respond. How you going to deal with my Platinum Angel or my Platinum Emperion when they're hexproof?

Of course the first order of business is to get Swiftfoot Boots or Lightning Greaves to protect Padeem. Interestingly, the boots and greaves have hexproof while protecting him, so he's pretty solidly protected. Aternatives are making him an artifact with Memnarch or Mycosynth Lattice to give himself hexproof.

Darksteel Forge makes all your artifacts indestructible and Master Transmuter cheats the high cost ones onto the battlefield.

There is also a fun infinite combo that I don't think anyone would be angry at you for putting together either. Decoction Module triggers Fabrication Module triggers Animation Module which triggers Decoction Module. You can skip Animation Module though and put the +1/+1 counters on Pentavus , pay 1 to create a Pentavite, sac it to Krark-Clan Ironworks for two mana, make two pentavites double trigger on the modules, more Pentavites and go!
