This is a budget deck for Celestial Kirin. It's a commander I've wanted to build for a while, and I figured in a budget environment why not, considering most of the original Kamigawa spirits are rather cheap.

The original deck had a budget of $50, however, my playgroup has decided to upgrade our budget to $100. This will be the upgraded main list. The original final price of this deck was $49.64 as of December 2021. The new final price is $94.12 as of March 2022.
