Eddy, the vamp throwing boss

Hi, this is my Edgar deck i'm using (its my moste used deck) and optimising. Its a funny fast aggro Deck without any infinit comb. Smash your pathetic value/ramp/infinit looser friends with this superior IN YOUR FACE aggro vamp deck. Sit to the Table, apologize for only having a poor little aggro deck and ask if it's okay even if you don't run infinite. Then BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THEM! and show'em who's boss!

Then you wake up, feels something wet between your legs...

This deck's purpose is to play at my LGS and with Friends. Its not competative. But it can compete with all those more or less optimiced combo decks. At least i'm pretty successful with it. Having the Table full of buffed 10/10 vamps on stereoids is just greate.

STRATEGIES & GOALS

Have a shitload of vampires on the board and buff them to win. I have something to protect my board, something to kill and/or deny stuff and mostly important damn card draw! The final blow mostly with one of these: Eldrazi Monument - Shared Animosity - Coat of Arms

It is a tightrope walk between being too aggro and doing nothing. If you are too aggro, you will get killed by the table. If you do nothing, well you will lose to opponents combos. Very often I got the win by not doing too much during the game beside flooding the battlefield. these casual combo games often have a similar course. After everyone more or less set up their engines just kill them!

If you want to go infinite, these are the obvious ones and require only 1 more card for each: Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond or Blood Artist + Oathsworn Vampire + Phyrexian Altar EDIT: now i have a infinit combo... because Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose but i dont plan or play this on purpose. I dont want to cut either because both are just wonderful fluffy cards.

FUNNY WINS AND SYNERGIES

With Purphoros, God of the Forge and Anointed Procession every Vamp put on the table will ping 6 dmg to each playerd (feels great). Finished the game with Scapegoat wich let me recast two of the cmc 1 vamps already on the table and killing everyon with a final 12dmg ping. Thats 3 mana for 12dmg for each!!

Another nice win was agains a Sac-comb. I had Elenda, the Dusk Rose with a shitload of counters. After Elenda died, i sacrificed all tokens with Yahenni, Undying Partisan and Blood Artist got me the win :)

Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose is insane, even in a deck without a lifegain sub-theme. Activate his ability and kill at least someone. What bothers me, is that it goes infinite with Exquisite Blood and i dont want to have any infinite combos in this deck... but both cards just fit in perfeclty.

Honesty, you dont really need Cabal Coffers. I just put it in because i have it and because its my pet deck

UPDATE August 2020

Back in Eldrazi Monument, its just too good. I cut it ou because a cmc5 card has to be a finisher in this deck and its not really one, BUT its just insane to have +1/+1, flying and indestructible on everything.
