Here is my Edgar Markov deck that is aggressive but also tries to find the right balance of vampire tribal synergy, recovery, protection, removal, etc.

I use some of my personal favorite / famous legendary vampires throughout Magic's history, mainly with low converted mana cost.

This deck really focuses' on Edgar's eminence ability and +1/+1 counters above other sub-strategies. But there is an alternate win condition. (Exquisite Blood / Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose).

Lastly, there are some strategies that work with tribal vampires that are present like life gain/drain, aristocrats, and stealing opponents monsters.
