This is a deck built around the creatures that take and redirect damage when they get hit, such as Mogg Maniac.

The ideal set up is to blast the board with Blasphemous Act with any damage doublers at hand. 13 -> 26 -> 52 is a player kill. There are a few mass damage options as well.

Debating between Queen Marchesa vs Tymna + Vial Smasher. Might even go Sliver Queen for increased Spiteful Sliver synergy, still mulling over options.
