Half of a Duel Decks idea I had. Both decks are focused on card drawing, but do so very differently. "Robbers" uses Scroll Thief and Stealer of Secrets to draw, gaining evasion through Skeleton Key, Way of the Thief , and Rogue's Passage. Villainous Wealth and Destroy the Evidence mess with the "Cops" deck, and of course the Clues that the cops pick up need to be taken care of--enter the Master Thief !
