This is a Bant etb toolbox deck that revolves around bouncing creatures with etb effects back to your hand in order to cast them again. I absolutely love Tamiyo, Field Researcher, it is one of my favorite cards ever and I've always wanted to build a deck around it. But, because she isn't a legal commander, Chulane, Teller of Tales is the "second" commander if you need to slot him into it.

I already have an etb control deck based around creature control, so most of the interaction in this deck is left to the instants slot while the creatures generate value and advance your own gameplan of continually bouncing your own creatures until you out value your opponents.
