Curious what People's opinion would be if I put in some Dragonmaster Outcast . I like the card but I am wondering if it would even help my deck at all.

looks good +1 have you considered Mizzium Mortars or Planar Cleansing or Scourge of Valkas

Mizzium Mortars is solid good spot removal and a board wipe Planar Cleansing can be better then Wrath of God deepening on the match up and Scourge of Valkas is a good dragon and works well with legions initiative

Any suggestions are welcome. I haven't been keeping with the newest sets so I may be able to put some better cards in this deck.

Because of blood moon I would try running more basic plains than basic mountains.

Have you seen the new Thunderbreak Regent he could be good in here.
