Dragon deck focusing on getting card advantage by discarding (i.e. Lightning Axe and Tormenting Voice) but then getting those cards back, better than before with cards like Torrent of Souls and Fearsome Awakening. If you can pitch the Utvara Hellkite, it's great to bring it back on turn 5 via one of those cards, and you get a dragon token when you do, which works with the sub theme:

Dragon Tempest is a sub theme, and is mirrored by Scourge of Valkas and enabled by Archwing Dragon and Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury because they hit the battlefield more than once.

It definitely runs Crux of Fate. Covering the ground while you ramp up to the dragons are Typhoid Rats and Dragon Egg.

It's a very mana-hungry deck, and there is very little ramp in red and black. I may add Seething Song but I don't like how temporary that mana is. Cultivate would be much better... Suggestions for speeding up the mana?

The 5-drop spot is way overcrowded, but they are all important spells. It's critical that on turn 5 I have a land to play. So the 4-drop spot is critical. What should I put there to make sure I don't stall out on land #4? Possibilities include Solemn Simulacrum who fetches land #5, Gild which is removal and gives you mana #5, and Bitter Revelation which would most likely draw me a land, helps dig for critical cards, and also puts creatures into the graveyard, which is an important side theme. Ideas?
