Looking for some advice on potential adds/cuts to tune this deck to be more efficient. Always willing to consider any suggestions given.

Evolving draft of a 'fun' deck that should create a little chaos on the battlefield and keep people attacking. Discourage opponents from attacking you with cards like Maze of Ith, Koskun Falls, Elephant Grass, No Mercy, Constant Mists, Sandwurm Convergence and various deathtouch creatures while encouraging them to attack each other with Crown of Doom, Xantcha, Sleeper Agent and survivor tokens left behind by Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor or outright force them to attack with War's Toll or your commander.

Vigor + Blasphemous Act Vigor will get shuffled into your deck but any other creatures you have in play should be left with 13 +1/+1 counters on them.

Swapping in budget versions of some of the lands should reduce the cost of the deck by almost 75%. OUT- Badlands, IN-Rakdos Guildgate, OUT-Bayou, IN-Golgari Guildgate, OUT-Taiga, IN-Gruul Guildgate, OUT-Wasteland, IN-Ghost Quarter. Volrath's Stronghold is nice but not needed for the deck so you can sub in any number of utility lands that are kinder to the wallet; Homeward Path, Kessig Wolf Run, etc.
