Life Gain and counters. Potentially huge amounts of counters. One tiny creature can quickly get big enough to be a threat just because you don't have anything else to put the darn counters on.

(Soul Warden or something with the same effect) and Presence of Gond + (Lurking Roper or Famished Paladin) = infinite elves and life. Is there another enchantment or artifact that does the same thing as Presence of Gond? I can't find it.

You can win with enormous creatures (usually something with flying), Aetherflux Reservoir or that broken Angel of Destiny.
