This is our first attempt to build a competitive monoblack deck with all cards under $2 (except the planeswalkers and phage).

Demons [Liliana's Contract] + Phage/egg/totem combo.

Very much a work in progress, comments appreciated on what to keep and/or what to pull out for a 100-card deck (or even 60), and other budget cards [under $2] that would complement the others, so no Wound Reflection etc.
