Please help me figure out how to help this deck function.

The goal of the deck is to get out and use Deceiver of Form as quick as possible turning any smaller creatures, such as Birds of Paradise or Stitcher's Supplier, into giant and outrageous creatures, often with attack triggers. The current build is a golgari reanimator deck.

I am unsure of the decision to use the sideboard for the combo but having the creatures in the main deck was difficult to balance. We need your help to figure out the deck! It isn't fast, it is kinda dumb, but I think it could be a lot of fun.
