So I borrowed this deck from pkcentral: Jarad, Bargain Bin Lord. Then I modified it with some cards I already had, as well as some combos I found on mtgcasualplay.com from atr0s. I'll be the first to say I'm no good at building black - I never play it myself, but built this for my sister, with low cost as a top criterion. The cards in the maybe board were cards I weeded out, but I'm willing to add some in if they're far superior to others in the mainboard...

The main combos are Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Phyrexian Devourer and Necrotic Ooze + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion , the latter two being in the graveyard. The deck includes tutors for the combos, including transmute cards.

The rest of the deck is making big graveyards, getting important stuff back from graveyards, and sacrificing big creatures equipped with Nighthowler or Bonehoard to Jarad to kill all your opponents simultaneously.
