Horror Tribal, so horrific it begets insanity in all whom look upon it. There are things wot man was not meant to know.

This deck started out when I saw Thing in the Ice  , I wanted to build around it which to me meant Horror Tribal, other decks I have seen get a big horror out early but don't take advantage of the flip trigger to make a one sided boardwipe but I wanted to do this. When I started looking at other available horrors I found Nemesis of Reason and the deck suddenly took on a whole new, Lovecraftien, approach. Now we know what Glimpse the Unthinkable makes you see...

The idea is a control(ish) deck where both mill and combat damage are viable win conditions, Thing in the Ice   and the various counterspells, bounce and removal keeps the game slow, hopefully generating a single sided board wipe with Awoken Horror if your opponent is running creatures. This should enable you to start eating through your opponent's library with Nemesis of Reason and the other mill spells. If you are running short on life a timely Crypt Incursion can get you out of kill range in a snap.
