A commander deck inspired by Mikaeus, Extreme Sub $20 Budget EDH so please go take a look at his creation obviously mine has a few tweaks and isn't as budget, but I couldn't help but admire his ingenuity. This deck does still try to save costs by using less costly alternatives to some of the more costly staples you'd have such as Reanimate and Damnation while still maintaining as much competitiveness for 1v1, and group play!
