Very aggro unga bunga sock of pennies swarm commander deck. Just hand dump as fast as possible with your 41 one drops and use Subira to refuel.

Save opening hand rituals for Subira if you don't start with 3 lands. (Do NOT summon her until you need to use her draw ability; unless you want to pay 2 more mana to resummon her as she is immediately the most valuable removal target in the entire game if you summon her too early, and your only way to regain fuel once you're out of gas)

Most popular board wipes are sorceries, which means most of the time you'll still have a full hand thanks to Subira. This allows you to continue spamming out goons and being really obnoxious.

I wouldn't use the enchantments too early, if possible, otherwise you're going to be the #1 target by everyone.

The most fun part about this deck isn't the actual deck, but how the other players react to the absurdity.

(Also, spending more than 100$ on a deck/15$ on a single card is against the spirit of this deck, if you're going to put expensive cards in, make sure they're in terrible condition to meet this requirement. Otherwise, you lose lots of the psychological damage of the deck.)
