Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept is my attempt to make a very tuned-version of a relatively modest-power level commander pair. This is a Sultai-based artifact deck that cares about artifact death triggers and the plethora of self-sacrificing artifact tokens (clues, treasures, food) that wotc has made over the years.

Silas Renn tends to be more of a value commander. He’s going to be a bit meta dependent, but I can generally find an attack during the early turns of the game to get some value. Ich-Tekik and Golem tokens are generally the win-condition of the deck. The deck tends to accrue a significant number of artifact tokens by the mid-game, which can be used for value with cards like Shimmer Dragon or Inspiring Statuary, before being sacrificed in a burst to fuel Ich-Tekik growing my board to lethal levels or Marionette Master taking down the table with 4+ damage triggers.

Another sub-theme deals with baubles, one converted mana cost or less artifacts. Silas combos with these well, allowing a quick accrual of value.

Most powerful cards:

Whir of Invention this tends to cost UUU to grab most things in my deck, due to the ability to Improvise using tokens. It’s particularly powerful to power out a surprise Bootleggers' Stash before I untap.

Emry, Lurker of the Loch is what Silas wishes he could be. She’s generally one mana and will essentially always tap to get a card of value.

Tireless Tracker and Tireless Provisioner these are the two cards that help to pull the deck towards more land ramp. They tend to make a tremendous amount of tokens.

Black Market Connections is unsurprisingly great. It makes both treasure tokens and “golems” which combo perfectly with Ich-Tekik.

Shimmer Dragon just draws so many cards while also being hexproof. It's not quite drawing Consecrated Sphinx levels of cards, but it's not far off if I've had one of the recurring token makers running.
