Meren of Clan Nel Toth leads her band of un-dead, slightly dead, and living dead creatures across the realms to kill everything and everyone who may have wronged her. She makes attempts to thwart her enemies by forcing them to sacrifice their creatures in an attempt to appease her relentless onslaught.

Let your creatures kill themselves like Spore Frog who soaks up all the attempted damage by your friends. Then Meren takes that creature from the graveyard and brings him back to life to do it all over again.

The Gitrog Monster comes in late game to devour your friends with the help of Dryad Arbor who can come back again and again with the help of Meren to be sacrificed to The Gitrog Monster and keep him on the battlefield.

End the game with Grave Titan , Sheoldred, Whispering One , Scourge of Nel Toth (almost strictly for lore reasons), or one of the big baddies that you can drop onto the battlefield quicker thanks to Meren.
