Primarily relies on blue/white to protect and wipe while setting up various artifact combos including infinite mana, memnarching everyone's stuff, and dropping the darksteel/blightsteel colossi to infect people out of the game. while usually having a counter or removal in the pocket to keep your journey somewhat safe. The general is just one more level of control to keep others from targeting you for free, while getting a peek at what your enemies are capable of. Beware, draws hate and honestly it deserves it.
