I've always thought it would be hilarious to make a mill deck in the commander format. Having to get through an extra 40 cards with 2 additional opponents with only "1-of" each card would be a real challenge. This deck is the result of trying to make one in the 75%. It is something that I've been experimenting with for a while now, and what originally started as an "Only Mill" deck has evolved into more Mill/Control/Beats, with mill still being the main win condition. I've found having multiple diverse wincons has proven better for my sanity. The major combo's in here are:

Phenax, God of Deception + Eater of the Dead: pretty much lets me mill everyone at the table if at least one deck is heavy on creatures. It can also get rid of those pesky Eldrazi that shuffle graveyards into libraries, which is something the deck struggled with originally.

Altar of the Brood + Undead Alchemist: can mill everyone and giving me a boatload of zombies. All while exiling their creatures.

And while it might not always typically win the game, it's always hilarious to mill someone for the highest life total with Tree of Perdition + Phenax, God of Deception.

They are all only 2 card combo's, so the name of the game is control. One of the major problems is the deck tends to need time to ramp up, it really shines late game. That being said, I've played Damia on turn 3 and won by turn 4 before. You're still going to have a pretty rough time if you end up playing against a heavy aggro or stax meta. Right now the deck is sitting at about $475. I know we could get that up to around 1k if I took out all the shit lands and added more fetch / duals, but for now I'm fine with it being on the relatively cheap side.
