Overhaul! —Feb. 27, 2020
Wow, it's been a long time between updates to this deck. Since I no longer run the papaer copy of this list, I thought it would be a good opportunity to convert this into a completely budgetless list based on my experience playing my other compettiive lists. So without further ado, I give you Damia Morgendorffer, fully tricked out.
It's definitely interesting. I'm not sure how much I like it here though. The issue I run into is this deck is designed for a much more creature heavy meta, so I want my removal to be a bit more permanent. If I were playing against a more combo heavy meta, I would run it in a heartbeat. But I think it may find its way onto the wishboard, along with Summary Dismissal.

I am not sure where your prototype went but I think Summer Bloom fits the theme of that decklist wonderfully. It is such a powerful card. Have you considered Life from the Loam?

Sorry about that, I've now re-enabled it.
Would I be better off with Azusa, Lost but Seeking or Burgeoning over bloom? That way I get the effect repeatedly.
I don't think I have enough sac lands for Loam. PlusCrucible of Worlds fills that slot.

I feel like you might as well play the hermit druid combo with necrotic ooze and triskelion/phyrexian devourer

I wouldn't play Hermit Druid in this build - Other than having to swap the 8 basics out, I have designed this deck to have as little reliance on the graveyard as possible. The other thing is that while it uses more pieces, the better Necrotic Ooze package uses Blighted Bat, Channeler Initiate, Devoted Druid, Wall of Roots and Walking Ballista. Each piece has a lower CMC and most of them double as mana dorks. Plus using Walking Ballista means you can pair it with any infinite mana combo.
I'm currently putting together a Sidisi, Brood Tyrant list where I'm looking to use the HD/Nooze combo but here I think it's a bit too clunky to try and integrate.
