Here's deck build for Edgar Markov

I really like this card as a commander because of the eminence skill which can generate a whole of vampires in a few turns. Aside from the token, almost of the vampires has a very cool ETB effect that can greatly turn the tides of the table to your favor.

You also don't have to worry about the power & toughness of the creature since there're a lot of vampires that can make other vampires strong like their on steroids! :)

This is the most that my budget can do for the edgar markov deck. :(

I would also love for you guys to help me get this deck stronger by providing some suggestions. :)
