Welcome to my Atla build! The first thing you will notice is I am running no small mana dorks for ramp because of Atla's unique ability which allows you to cheat out creatures from your deck. That being said, I went with all non-creature ramp so I do not reveal any small creatures with Atla's ability.

There is also a splash of dinosaur tribal for fun in case you get a Gishath on the field, since changelings are dinosaurs as well. I did not want this deck to revolve around Gishath very much since he is just one of the 100 cards, but his ability to pull changelings on top of other big dinos looked like a fun package to run; and the dinosaurs in this list are all solid creatures. However, there are plenty of big creatures to play that are not dinosaurs also!

My favorite tech card I am running has to be Shields of Veils Vel. It is a bad card in most decks, but in Atla it is amazing. You can catch your opponents off guard when they board wipe while your commander is out. Casting Shield of Veils Vel in response to a board wipe will make your creatures all eggs and refill your board for every creature of yours that was destroyed, thanks to Atla's ability.
