A letter from Dr. Julius Jumblemorph

Welcome students to Crossbreed Labs, where we strive to create a perfect society, where everyone is their true self. My name is Dr. Julius Jumblemorph. Due to a UN-fortunate accident the position of Teacher's Pet has recently opened. I've decided to hold a competition to find a suitable replacement. My new Teacher's Pet must be the best in class...or phylum. Ha ha, forgive me, that's a little joke we like to tell around here. For the most part the competition will follow a normal structure of Magic The Gathering. However, there are a few adaptations that we will make to keep things fair.

• First, all students will start with an untapped Forest, Island, Mountain, Plains, and Swamp.
• Second, all students will draw cards from the same deck.

Any questions or suggestions before be we commence with the competition? If so, please feel free to post them into the comments section. I can't wait to see what beautiful and unique specimens you create. I'm sure they will turn out better then that aquaphobic fish created by my last Teacher's Pet.
