A variation of the +1/+1 counters decks in abzan.

Branching Evolution and Vorinclex work with +1/+1 counters, ensuring giant Polukranos and Yorvos and Stonecoils.

There's always better choices and all kinds of mix-ins you can use to spice this up and maximize value. This is just the most recent version I've been playing.
