"One counter! Two counters! That's two counters I have counted. And one, I did not count! (Because I forgot to announce Atraxa's trigger...) That would have been three, three counters! HA! HA! HA!"

Originally built around and on the Atraxa preconstructed deck, I've turned this weird creature into my pet deck because it's hilarious to generate so many counters. Seriously, it's a little tedious at the upper end but just keep the d20s coming! And then one day I popped Sorin's ultimate with 40 life, Doubling Season, and Primal Vigor in play at the same time. I laughed and laughed and just threw tokens all over the place.

Current thematic level: Still really Phyrexian, still really cool.

Updates Add

More updates to come early next week once a special package arrives for this precious child of mine.

I've been impressed enough by Astral Cornucopia, Crystalline Crawler, and Everflowing Chalice with their Power Rangers-esque "make my monster(s) grow!" power that I swapped out some basic lands for the storage lands. Testing is ongoing right now, but it looks promising so far.

I have additionally seen the light of Master Biomancer though it came at a brief loss of faith in Ezuri, but now I've mended those bridges. I've also added some extra fun planeswalker friends to the mix because it's positively laughable what Doubling Season and Primal Vigor do to Sorin's ultimate when you're at ~40 life. Whip of Erebos is hanging out with me right now, but I haven't had much trouble keeping my life plentiful with just Atraxa and a gang of counters, though I suspect as I paint this enormous target on myself that will change and I'm not sure I can have Sorin's swarm save me reliably enough to cut it yet.

Wurmcoil Engine is seriously tickling my fancy so much I grabbed a second so I could find room for it in my dragon deck.

Upcoming fun stuff:

Planar Bridge
Blightsteel Colossus
Avacyn, Angel of Hope
Armageddon
Omniscience (Likely just replacing Dream Halls outright.)
Enter the Infinite
Idyllic Tutor
Whir of Invention
Show and Tell
Sword of Feast and Famine

Possible additions if I can somehow defy the way numbers work and run 120 cards or something:

Absorb
Render Silent
Undermine
Voidslime

A quartet of fun-but-not-competitive counterspells!

Utter End

MORE REMOVAL, ALL OF THE REMOVAL!

Isochron Scepter

Orim's Chant is the go-to for this, but what if we said "no" and instead tied it to a Dark Ritual or to a Swords to Plowshares and REMOVED ALL THE THINGS!?

Norn's Annex
Mana Reflection
Darksteel Reactor
Oracle of Mul Daya

Just all kinds of GoodStuff!

With special guest... MORE LANDS. Somehow? Actually, probably not, the combination of Paradox Engine and Sword of F&F should keep me plenty untapped. The Paradox Engine itself was already untapping giant mana rocks for me with enough regularity that I had very little trouble exploding suddenly.

Stay tuned and watch as I agonize for days on end over which terrible cuts to make!
