I already run City of Solitude versus counters. Grand Abolisher is a creature without shroud or hexproof an so an easy target for all kind of spot removal. I try to make cards like Swords to Plowshares, Terminate or Lightning Bolt useless. With Grand Abolisher these cards make sense again.

Believe me, I played all 3 games fair, just playtest it yourself. The Agent doesn't hit the battlefield before turn 3 and you can't target him before turn 4. And as backup I play Enchantress's Presence. Thats too late to stop my hand, which is then already full of cards. Your mass removal comes only early enough when you cast it with Dark Ritual and you run only 1 copy of this mana ramp.I need all the Lands and mana ramp to draw so many cards and to hardcast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

Thanks for the advise. I think I don't need more mana ramp for this deck, especially because this card enters the battlefield too late. By the way, the first ability of this card makes no sense when I only play Argothian Enchantress.

I would really enjoy some you-have-no-max-hand-size cards in here, but the only enchantments that give you that are Kruphix and Price of Knowledge. Therefore, Reliquary Tower, Spellbook, etc.

Also, Why the Green Sun's Zenith? I haven't been needing the Enchantress, it's usually in my starting hand.

I also thought about you-have-no-max-hand-size cards, but you don't need them because seven cards at the beginning of your upkeep are enough. The problem with Spellbook is, that it stops your carddraw engine when you really need it. The problem with Reliquary Tower is, that you give wasteland a target. Green Sun's Zenith has the same problem as Spellbook and after stabilizing your carddraw it's your first discard choice. But versus blue decks with a lot of counters, you need more than 8 cards that give you your essential carddraw. That is why I play 2 copies of Green Sun's Zenith and 3 copies of Sterling Grove. I'am also thinking about Enlightened Tutor. With this card I'am able to draw each enchantment I need and I can search for Helm of Obedience, one of my winconditions. The problem of this card is, thats it's no enchantment and I draw no cards...

This deck is really cool, definitely a +1.

The only thing I can say that it's weakness is, is B/G removal spells such as Maelstrom Pulse, Abrupt Decay, and Pernicious Deed. When testing it against my B/G control deck I found that your deck completely controlled the board for the first 8 turns by nullifying my Tarmogoyfs, Scavenging Oozes, and Phyrexian Obliterators with Rest in Peace, Elephant Grass, and Oblivion Ring, but my Phyrexian Arena and multitude or removal spells eventually caught up. The thing I noticed the most was that your win conditions were too few and far between, and so when one did get drawn I was able to easily pick it off (Sigil of the Empty Throne came in as an early threat but was quickly dispatched with Maelstrom Pulse, and the token it created was killed with a 4 life-loss Dismember).

So I guess my point is, add more instances of your win cons to the deck so that it can withstand the long grinding games against removal-heavy decks. I playtested this against a couple of my other decks that didn't run a lot of removal and they didn't do well at all, in fact I lost every one. But the decks I used with removal really made a big difference.

You are right, I have problems especially against mass removal. Versus decks with a lot of spotremoval like Maelstrom Pulse or Abrupt Decay I got Sterling Grove. Versus mass removal like Engineered Explosives or Pernicious Deed I have a copy of Karmic Justice in my sideboard. When this card is on the battlefield, noone wants to use a massremoval versus me ;). And I can tutor it with Sterling Grove.

I don't want to run more Helm of Obedience or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, because they stop my drawengine. The problem with more Sigil of the Empty Throne is its high mana cost. I'am thinking about a second copy of Mirri's Guile so that I see more cards each turn, and maybe find earlier a wincondition. The second option is to run Enlightened Tutor as a one off. It is very flexible in this deck and it can find two of my three winconditions.

Hi huschli, it's much harder than before. My Deck won 2-1, but I think versus so much hate I will loose the most matches.

Mirri's Guile is a great way to get card advantage, especially with the shuffle effects that you're running.

Why not also play Leyline of the Void? it goes infinite with Helm of Obedience and hoses Reanimator strategies.

Nice idea, but my deck doesn't need to win fast. It's more important to setup my carddraw, so that my opponent is in the prison and I can search for my win conditions.

I have always enjoyed enchantress style decks, and this one is very nice. I have played many iterations of this deck concept over the years and I really like the Helm addition but I have to be honest I am not sold on the Emrakul. I think Sigil of the Empty Throne is a good alternate win condition. That paired with Moat makes for a good or the classic Moat and Humility which makes the helm wins a bit more attractive. Also Wheel of Sun and Moon makes for a decent substitute for the no maximum hand size things. The last thing is Ghostly Prison side board for the match ups where you just need a bit more time. ALso if you want more copies of Enchantress why not add Mesa enchatress instead of GSZ

Thanks for your advises! Mesa Enchantress is a target for my opponent's removal spells. I try to create dead cards in their hands, with this enchantress their Lighting Bolts, Abrupt Decays, Swords to Ploughshares and other removal stuff makes sense again.Emrakul is so important in this deck and strictly better than the Sigil, because of all this blue counter stuff in Legacy. If a blue control player just sits there and counters my wincons, the game will be over for me. But noone is able to counter Emrakul.

I agree Emrakul can't be countered however I only suggest it because I tried him in a very similar deck and wasn't to pleased with his performance. I found that people had more hate against him than they had for the angel tokens. I found I was using him to recycle my graveyard more than actually casting him. I also find sometimes to beat spot removal sometimes you just need to play more stuff than they can counter. Also why I like wheel of sun and moon. Now if your experience is different then I see why you have made the decisions you have. All that being said I still play Emrakul in my side board.

You are right, I made different experiences. I will post here my future experiences with this decklist. This deck is still in progress and I'am open minded for changes.

thank you for testing. I feel ok with Orzhov Basilica it's two lands in one card. sometimes it is an andvantage to get a land already in play back to hand. - No Orzhov Basilica is just bad. You never want to play lands tapped in legacy, you'll get too far behind.to testing: I cannot imagine how you can win three times with your deck.you are very weak in your first two turns and you have way too much lands. No really good win condition besides card draw and mill our library onto the board. Once Agent of the Fates + Flickering Ward is out or Merciless Eviction (Schwarze Sonne) hits the table it is over for enchantments. - None of those are played in Legacy, it is a waste of time and resources to prepare for them.
