Was previously joking about making this. Basically a meme deck, probably going to make my entire play group hate me in a single game.

Originally had it where all of the creatures were drakes to continue the meme, but then the deck actually started to work politically and was viable, so I changed the creatures out to be more utility pieces. Added the scepter to create the Isochron Scepter + Mana Leak on tap combo for the extra counter per turn ability. Did this entirely in things I have laying around, so it was extremely budget, however willing to dump some money into it to make it less hateful.

Also considering on putting Thassa's Oracle in here to be a separate win-con if I were to attach one of the draw spells to the Scepter.
