Key ideas:

• Tagline: Life manipiulation for fun and profit!
• Selenia, Dark Angel allows us to manipulate our life total at instant-speed! You can stack triggers to pay as much life we'd like before she leaves the battlefield. So, we manipulate our life to win or kill our opponents! We also have a whole lot of ways to pay life to get good benefits, knowing that we'll likely get it back!
• Primary combo: Get Near-Death Experience on the battlefield, get life to an odd number, and in response to the Near-death trigger, stack Selenia triggers to take your life down to just 1. We win!
• Secondary combo: Get any of our life-switching systems in place (Axis of Mortality/Soul Conduit/Magus of the Mirror/Reverse the Sands/Profane Transfusion), then in response to the trigger, use Selenia's ability to take our life down to 1 or 2.
• A few ways to take opponents down by one or two life, to finish them off once we get them near zero: extort via Crypt Ghast/Blind Obedience, painful card draw with Sign in Blood, tap land to do damage with Sunscorched Desert/Piranha Marsh.
• Additional instant-speed life payment: Necropotence, Unspeakable Symbol, and Hatred.
• Big combo in K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth and Bolas's Citadel. Sensei's Divining Top to dig through deck. Why yes we'll pay lots and lots of life to get more stuff cast, more stuff on the board! And then we'll get that life back by switching lives!
• Blind Obedience, Ghostly Prison and Inkshield to help protect us from creature attacks. Eight board wipes to protect us as we enact our devious plan - three keep Selenia alive!
• A few cards which allow us to get below zero life and survive: Angel's Grace and Phyrexian Unlife.
• Some cards to bring back our key enchantments and artifacts back from the graveward: Replenish and Open the Vaults
• Key spells to protect our important permanents: Faith's Shield, Rebuff the Wicked, and Razor Barrier
• Some surprising counters: Mana Tithe and Imp's Mischief
• Font of Agonies is powerful. We pay lots of life in this deck, which means lots of counters for the Font, and repeatable creature destruction!
• Command the Dreadhorde is a really good way to use a lot of life quickly! Also, with one of our "You don't lose the game" cards, we could get every creature and planeswalker in all graveyards!
• Solemnity turns off opponents' +1/+1 counter themes, and prevents infect poison counters as well! Note that it doesn't play well with a few of our cards: Font of Agonies, Promise of Loyalty, Out of Time and Unspeakable Symbol
• And of course, four tutors to help us build the combo!

Combos:

• Near-Death Experience + Selenia, Dark Angel + odd life total = we win!
• Selenia, Dark Angel + Hatred + pay 18 life to get Selenia to 21 power = win with commander damage
• Repay in Kind + Selenia + extort or other damage = kill everyone
• Repay in Kind + Phyrexian Unlife + life total at zero or less = kill everyone
• Axis of Mortality/Soul Conduit/Magus of the Mirror/Reverse the Sands/Profane Transfusion + Selenia, Dark Angel + extort or other damage = kill one opponent
• Axis of Mortality/Soul Conduit/Magus of the Mirror/Reverse the Sands/Profane Transfusion + Phyrexian Unlife + life total at zero or less = kill one opponent
• Command the Dreadhorde + Angel's Grace/Phyrexian Unlife = we get all creatures/planeswalkers in all graveyards!
• Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity = we can't die from damage or life loss, because we can't get poison counters!
• Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top = draw a card per one life paid, or pay life to cast top of deck!
