Key ideas:

• Tagline: Dragons (aggro, removal, reanimation)
• Can either use Scion of the Ur-Dragon (more reanimator) or The Ur-Dragon as commander (more ramp).
• Ramp to help us get to dragons: Herald's Horn, Urza's Incubator, Mirari's Wake, Smothering Tithe
• Reanimator theme to get our expensive dragons back from the graveyard. Yawgmoth's Vile Offering, Animate Dead, Fearsome Awakening, Teneb, the Harvester, Bladewing the Risen, and Whip of Erebos to pull from graveyard. Scion of the Ur-Dragon, Buried Alive, Greater Good, Jarad's Orders to fill the graveyard.
• Crux of Fate is a great one-sided boardwipe. Fault Line hits players and anything that isn't flying. A few smaller global spells to get rid of swarms of small creatures: Deafening Clarion and Anger of the Gods
• A couple protection spells for our expensive flyers: Unbreakable Formation and Rootborn Defenses
• A very expensive manabase to be as fast as possible in five colors: a nearly-complete set of fetches and shocklands, The World Tree, and just a few utility lands
• A whole lot of very powerful dragons doing direct damage, giving double-strike, giving haste, making dragon and treasure tokens. In many cases, some sort effect on attack or entering the battlefield.
• Reflections of Littjara to get more value out of our expensive dragon spells. For legendary dragons we can sacrifice the non-token - we still get two ETB triggers and a card in the graveyard to reanimate later.
