It's a creature burn! I wanted to do something I'd want to do with Collected Company and the biggest thing I wanted to do was to cast multiple ball lightning-esque creatures. So I compiled this deck which uses a lot of them.
Ball Lightning and Groundbreaker are your 8 copies of ball lightning so you can pummel very fast.
Hellspark elemental are mini ball lightnings but hellspark elemental also highlights the other good part of this deck which is recursion.
Vexing Devil is some times a one mana lightning effect, other times a creature, but both of his modes are perfectly serviceable here
Eternal Witness helps with recursion of our very quick to die ball lightnings.
Simian Spirit guide actually has a purpose here both as a fast mana source and a three mana creature to drop with collected company.
Atarka's command is here for most of the same reason it is in the standard atarka deck: going wide means that the damage output from this card is fierce, it's also great to hold up if your opponent attemps to electrolyze your very fragile spark elementals.
